If it ain't broke, Break It!

Last month we announced the exciting changes being made to our real estate website, and the most exciting of all will be the enhancements to our property search tool.

Our current Property Search Tool is used by more than 800 people each day, making it the most popular way to find homes for sale in Tallahassee.

But we've been listening to feedback on how to make it better, and that is what we're doing!

A Better Property Search Tool

There is an old adage that says

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

But that's for people who are OK with "good enough."

We have customers who were grateful for the Tallahassee MLS search tool that we were providing, but they wanted an upgrade.

Some of the top features that have made our current home search tool #1 in Tallahassee include:

• Speed - Our search tool sits on a dedicated server and allows you to search Tallahassee MLS listings ... fast
• Mapping - Would you like to "fly around" Tallahassee on a map and swoop down when you see an interesting home? That's what our live mapping feature allows
• Neighborhoods - Our house search tool allows you to click on a Tallahassee neighborhood to see all the homes for sale. For example, every home for sale in Southwood can be found with a single click.
• Tools - You can set up a search and alerts so that you are notified when properties enter the market with your targeted qualities.

New Property Search Tool Features

Our new property search tool will have those same great features, but we've got some cool new sorting capabilities that will make it almost like being a member of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORs and using our MLS. You will love these:

• Search all homes for sale in Tallahassee with the ability to remove homes that are contingent or pending (under contract)
• Search by days on the market (like show me houses listed in the past 10 days)
• Search by many sub-categories (age of home, size of home, size of lot, certain amenities)
• View the property (satellite view, street view, virtual tour, slide show)

So our new property search tool is going to rock your real estate world, and it will be available soon.
