Long Realty Dove Mountain and Twin Peaks Marana Gets Visible!

Long Realty Dove Mountain and Twin Peaks Marana has made it their goal this year to be out and about more in the community, representing our place of work!  Of course, as individuals, we've been involved in our personal interests and activities...but how much fun is it to bring work to....fun!  We're excited, and happy to be getting to know our local business, vendors, and community members that much better.

Recently, we were a part of the meet and greet for the local businesses centered around our Twin Peaks office in Continental Ranch, Marana.  Our Twin Peak office is located just behind Walgreens on the corner of Coachline and Twin Peaks roads...just a minute off 1-10. 

Last weekend we enjoyed that warm, sunny saturday as we watched Dan Heston run over 56 miles for 12 hours.  Yep...12 hours of running.  The money raised went to the Marana Food Bank with their 2nd Annual Marana Winterfest.  Word is, Dan will be doing it again next year!!!  It was so much fun with a business expo, live entertainment, music, car show, guest appearances...raffles. 

It's amazing what's "doing" in Marana.  Be sure to attend the 35th annual Founders' Day Festivities at the Ora Mae Harn Park on March 9th!

We're excited about the he Marana 10K & 5K Run/Walk at the Coyote Trail Elementary School this saturday as well.  Come early to attend the wellness fair. Registration opens at 2:30. The 5K race begins at 4:15 and the 10K begins at 4:00.  (We're not racing...we're walking - come find us in our gold shirts!!)

Proceeds raised by the race and the Marana Chamber of Commerce will help build a track at Estes Elementary School and raise local awareness of the growing epidemic of juvenile diabetes.  The Marana Chamber of Commerce hopes to help raise funds for tracks at every local Marana elementary school.
