Favorite Free Virtual Tour Site: http://www.flyinside.com/.

Favorite Contact Management Software - TopProducer, http://www.topproducer.com/.

Favorite Blog program (outside of ActiveRain): WordPress - http://www.wordpress.com/.

Favorite Blog hit tracking service: http://www.mybloglog.com/. Free trial, then $3/mo. per site.

Favorite Free Mortgage Calculator - Karl's at http://www.jeacle.ie/mortgage/.

What are YOUR Favorite Resources for Real Estate?

Lowe's Realtor Benefits - offers a lot of great tools for Realtors at www.lowesrealtorbenefits.com.

Favorite place to pick up domain names is www.godaddy.com.

Favorite motivational emails at www.joyfulagent.com.

Favorite e-mail contact program Constant Contact at www.constantcontact.com. We send out a monthly e-newsletter and have gotten great feedback.

Our favorite place to advertise bare land is Landwatch at www.landwatch.com. They do a great job with the search engines and has been well worth the price for us.

Of course, along the way, we've met some great people online, received lots of great leads from our Blog, a Listing appointment, and great local exposure on Localism.com. Thanks everyone and Thanks Active Rain!

AR has so much to offer its members that it's amazing. It isn't merely a networking and marketing site, but also a wonderful classroom for learning. Constant Contact is very good at what it does.

One site I recommend is recyber.com.  You can attend their annual online convention without being a member. You can also subscribe to a newsletter they send where they give you great new online resources.
