Well, here we are at the end of a long February 2013 and all the snow is melting away from us, so glad the Month of March is on it's way. Spring is around the corner and I know many of us are so looking forward to some nice weather.
Some recent stats on our growing City of Cranston and what is happening around town.
Things have been improving overall in Rhode Island & the State Wide MLS reports:
There were a total of 85 sales in the City from January 1, 2013 to current, February 27, 2013
There were 18 sales $200,000 to $300.000
There were 8 sales over $300,000
& there were 2 sales over $400,000, things are improving everyday. Stay tuned for next month.
