Are those supposed to be legal descriptions?

They are what we find in the deeds. For example the Mtn Villa 7-5 is a three story condo in the Mountain Villa Community at Seven Springs. Unfortunately they are not always the 911 address. Sometimes they are the assigned number from the builder! That's why it's so important to be working with a designated agent that knows the communities and can sort out the details!

We keep extensive statistics for both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Resort properties. Please give us a call if we can be of further assistance!

Ahh, I see.  The reason I asked is because I own a regional title abstracting company here in southwest PA and Somerset county is part of our service area.  You're right, sometimes these things can be a bit confusing to the uninitiated.  I've seen your signs along Route 31 in the Laurel Highlands, a very beautiful area.
