This week's market report takes us to the Warehouse District. The first noticeable thing is the lack of inventory with less than three months worth of property on the market. The next thing that is glaring is the huge difference of price per square foot sold ($317) and price per square foot active ($360). That's quite a glaring difference. In this market, buyers need to move extremely quick, while sellers can guarantee a quick sale if they price it right.
