Stand-Up at Comedy Club Back For An Encore! I'd Love Your Feedback

I did it again! I was asked to perform at Helium Comedy Club in Philadelphia.  There were about 150 people in the audience this time. I changed about 50% of the material and also my shirt, the Judge still didn't approve.  I am going to see if the Active Rain Gods will allow me to run a contest regarding real estate, mortgage, appraisal, home inspection, title etc. and the lunacy we all see every day.  My ultimate goal is to write and perform a 30 minute set that is All About Real Estate, perhaps at an Active Rain Conference. Who better to be the writers than all of you.  I think Walt Disney said, "If you write it, Glenn will perform it" or something like that.

Glenn,  I need more intel on your proposed contest.  As for your encore ... your delivery was great. You appear much more comfortable and confident on the stage. Your material is Rated R ... which typically makes for a great audience.  Keep it up ... I am referring to your stand up comedy.

Kathleen,  Thanks I did feel more comfortable for sure. as for the contest, I want to try to get a set of PG and G real estate, realtor, appraiser, home stager, home inspector, title company, buyer and seller material. A quick thought, a quick story, a humourous moment, a wtf moment, even a joke, anything that happened that I can rewrite, retell and present, hopefully at an Active Rain Convention. I'm thinking that anyone that writes a joke (or the like) should get some points, more points if the story or humor is used and bonus points for Top Outstanding Shtick.
