Changing Gears to Get healthy in the Rain
My original plan was to walk on Tuesdays and Thursdays while talking with other Rainers. That has not worked, since I am down with my second cold and croupy cough in the past month.
I could just quit but that's not an option for me. Instead I am switching gears in the middle of this challenge.
I am still maintaining healthy eating and gym three times a week. What I really need to work on is getting more rest. Going to bed by 10 PM a couple of days a week.
Last night was a first. I didn't quite make it by 10PM but it was a lot earlier than usual. We are going out tonight so that won't be possible.
I am only trying for 2 nights a week. Maybe I can up that number before the end of the challenge. Thanks to Dr. Stacey for her encouragement.
So don't call me after 10 and you know who I mean.
