Last Warning to those on the Fence

If you are a buyer wanting to buy a bargain home and you just keep waiting thinking you will find a better deal or you just can't seem to bring yourself to make that final decision to buy, this is the last warning you will get that now is the time to buy.  Most parts of Texas are experiencing a dramatic increase in home sales and even an increase in prices.

Kerrville was slow to experience the recession and thus, we are last to recover from it.  The truth is the inventory for less expensive homes is short, way short for the amount of buyers looking for a nice home in a lower price range.  Good news for sellers wanting to sell!  We need listings now!
