The importance of Social Media has immensly grown in recent years with Facbook and Twitter being Top Dogs and now Pinterest being in 3rd place.
But, what many fail to realize is that a "BLOG" is forever!
A good article will continue to be read every week by lots of folks. It is like having marketing on auto pilot. I equate it's similarities as "Residual Income" from a well run MLM ... you do the work once and it continues to pay and pay and pay for years to come! A Blog is much the same in that you write it once, but is available forever!
The hardest part (just like with anything) is GETTING STARTED! After you get that first Blog under your belt it gets easier and easier but just getting that first one written and actually publishing it to the public is very intimadating to say the least! Once you start to do it regularly it will come as second nature and can actually be fun! Remember the important thing is to "Be Original" and write your own articles!
After your article is finished and published, the next step is to utilize all other social media networks to get your Blog out to the World! When you create good content others will want to share it as well.
You may have heard the term “GOING VIRAL”. What this means is that many people are sharing the same content across all of their networks. Therefore, when an article goes viral it becomes popular in a very short period of time ... and that is a GREAT THING!
