Here is some data that our research division just came out with about the real estate market here on Oahu. 

The first report has the resales activity and the median price activity for the past three months prior to December 2006.  This is so that you may see a better trend rather than any spikes in the market place on a month to month report. 

The second report has a year to year snapshot of the real estate market here on Oahu for single family homes and for condominiums.
