Today I hit the road to visit a number of Open Houses in Basking Ridge and Bridgewater in New Jersey's Somerset County. It was a beautiful day to see homes in Basking Ridge and Bridgewater, and the Open House traffic was strong.
Knowing the local inventory is absolutely essential to providing the top service I promise my clients and Broker and Public Open Houses are great ways to preview properties. Previewing homes in Basking Ridge and Bridgewater is helpful to buyer in identifying possible "fits" and just as importantly, likely "misses". 67 Bradley Lane in Bridgewater: Mid '90's built Center Hall Colonial in neighborhood of comparable homes, 4 bedrooms, 2.1 baths, Granite countertops in kitchen and bath updates, finished basement. Priced in the upper $500's.
