Not Everything Is On The Internet!-Get Your San Antonio TX Realtor to Help You

Reblogger Brenda Mullen

This post by Liz and Bill Spear makes a lot of sense.  The Internet is a terrific place to look for information on just about anything, but the instance of buying or selling a San Antonio TX area home, you need someone to help you to interpret the data that you have found.  Many times the data can be false, out of date or just not be exactly what it is you need.

Don't get me wrong, look on the Internet and start your search there....most people do.  However, when it comes time to delve into buying or selling in the San Antonio TX area, then it's time to get a hold of your Realtor® in San Antonio TX to guide you personally through the process!

Not Everything Is On The Internet!

I know it's hard to believe, but not everything we want to know is on the Internet.  Last night we wanted to get takeout from a Mason restaurant named Taqueria Maya.  Yelp had good reviews, but no menu and no website link.  Urbanspoon had the same problem.  Scouring the Internet found a fuzzy picture of a menu that was little help.  A call to the restaurant confirmed they had no website and no place online to find their menu.  Yes, it would take an in person visit to get a menu, which we now have!

And while the Internet has totally transformed the business of real estate, it's not the end all and be all of information.  Shocking isn't it?  While you can go to numerous websites and find out details about almost any house, although some elements of the data may be pretty questionable...NO, that house isn't for sale any longer and NO, that's not REALLY what that house is worth.   Google Street View can be terrific for getting a feel for an area, but until they add Smell-a-vision and a live mic to smell and see the community, it still falls short of the full experience.

Hiring a experienced REALTOR® (like us) to help with your Warren County home buying and selling needs gets you something the Internet can't provide you.  The ability to fill in the gaps in data, to interpret what it means and how it personally impacts your situation.  For your critical needs, is TODAY the right time to sell or not?  Is THIS subdivision the right one for you?  What can we tell you about that home seller or home buyer when you're on the other side of the contract?  Is that short sale agent experienced or not?

Bottom line, there are MANY areas where the Internet falls short.  We can help fill those gaps with our experience.  Just give The Liz Spear Team of RE/MAX Elite a call to find out if we're the right team to help you with your Warren County home purchase or sale.

Serving Warren County's residential real estate needs,

Brenda, Thanks for the reblog!  I've thought for awhile, buyers can play around on Zillow or the like, but when they want to get serious it's time to call an agent who knows their local area.
