Why do we market to Apartment complexes?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Consultant
  1. Where is the one place that you are almost guaranteed to find people who will have to make a moving choice probably every year?
  2. Where is the one place where you can find out how much they might be paying for their current home right now-and they are used to paying and maybe comfortable with that amount?
  3. Where is the place where you can find what ammenities they are used to?
  4. Where can you find feeder buyers for your move up subdivision?
  5. If you farm a moderately priced area: maybe 100-200K where might you find buyers for that price range:Apartment dwellers?
  6. Then where might you start to farm in the next higher price range to plan for the move up of your 100-200 price buyer? Find the next higher price range and begin to plan for when your current buyers will be moving! 5-7 years they may still want the same schools but a nicer home?!
  7. What about those folks who are getting a bit older-where might they want to move next? If you have done your job over the years you will be familiar with not only where they are now but, where their children and grandchildren are so that you can refer if needed or help if they have stayed in your area throughout their lifetime. This is how we become the REALTOR's for life that you may hear some talk about. It is a true statement if you plan it well you can help throughout someone's life in good times and the bad!

Thank you happy to help!  Perhaps you can share it with the Illinois people and they can make some business with it.
