Community wide open house events, Grosse Pointes & St Clair Shores

Community wide open house events can have great impact on real estate micro-markets.  The Grosse Pointes had a very successful program last fall with the Victory in the Pointes.  Based on the positive aspects of this and other city-wide real estate promotional events, St Clair Shores is planning a two-day event 5/31 and 6/1 from 12-4pm both Saturday and Sunday.  The SCS initial plans are to have business sponsors, city offices and parks open to the general public to highlight the strengths of the city. 

As a member of several local business groups and civic organizations, Brad Kress is one of a group of people working to promote the east side communities including St Clair Shores and the Grosse Pointes.  If you own or promote real estate in the area, we are hoping you can help promote this event.
