Canyon Creek is one of the most desired living areas in NW Austin. It’s a prestigious master planned community that boasts several parks, a junior Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, nature trails, top notch public schools, access to the lakes, extensive entertainment and dining options. Canyon Creek offers a full range of price points, with 2 gated communities offering condo/patio home living.
One of the gated communities is currently under construction by David Weekley Homes, offering 53 condos (single family detached homes) called “The Villas of Canyon Creek.” I’ve separated these out from the resale properties as their new construction prices skew the resale numbers and the days on market. In February 2013 the good news is homes in Canyon Creek are selling! There is a 150% increase in the number of homes closed compared to February 2012 with an 8% increase in sold price.
