I can't believe it!  I just read Jem Woods blog and there is no new post since last Friday.  I've been gone and just knew I would come back to a new post about the incredible warm Fudge Pie, Jem and I enjoyed at the infamous Bluebonnet Cafe in Marble Falls, Texas.  Sorry Jem, guess I beat you to it. I enjoyed our visit very much.

The Bluebonnet Cafe is located on Hwy 281 in Marble Falls.  Anytime you get this way be sure and stop for some of their famous pie.  They also serve good homecooking with all your favorites like Meatloaf, Chicken Fried Steak, Fried Catfish, mashed potatoes, garden vegetables and so many more.

The Bluebonnet Cafe is really famous for their homemade pies.  Tender flaky crusts      always with every apple, cherry, coconut, chocolate, peanut butter and of course,,,the Fudge Pie!  You've got to try the Fudge Pie.  Chocoholics take notice.  It will settle your crave!

Marble Falls is a beautiful town in the Hill Country of Texas.   Lake Marble Falls is formed by the Colorado River and the town is in the middle of the Highland Lakes region which is the largest chain of lakes in Texas. uscg jet ski. fotosearch - search clipart, illustration, drawings and vector eps graphics images With Lake LBJ to the north and Lake Travis to the south, water enthusiasts flock to this area every year.   This is a wonderful place to visit or to live.

If you pass through Marble Falls, take time to check it out and stop for some pie at the Bluebonnet Cafe.

BUSTED!!!  Ricki, it was absolutely WONDERFUL meeting you for pie at the Bluebonnet.  Posting about it was on my list of things to do for today BUT you beat me to it.  Maybe I'll do it anyway and link back to your post :)  I'm so happy that you enjoyed the fudge pie, it's my favorite (second only to the buttermilk pie at the cafe in Utopia).  I look forward to doing it again!

Hi Ricki, I saw Jem's post first.  I guess I went backwards.  The pie sounds to incredible; but I LOVE chocolate.  We have a bluebonnet cafe in Tomball.  They have good homecooking we often go there for breakfast but I don't know if they have pie.

Hi Marchel,    You'll have to talk to your Bluebonnet Cafe about serving pie.  With homecooking, they should have pie too.  Have a great day! :)
