Victory Coffee

On my marketing days, I like spending time at a local coffee or tea shop to get some ideas flowing and get some blogging inspiration. Today, I decided to give Victory Coffee a try. Located in Channelside, this coffee shop offers an assortment of freshly made tea and coffee. There is various wine and beer available for consumption as well, which I have to say is not common. The tea/coffee shops I've been to don't usually sell alcohol, but this one did.

There was a steady flow of customers looking for an espresso fix or a shot of caffeine to help them get through the day. For myself, I tried the Pomegranate Tea, which needed some additional sugar, but was great once I sweetened it to my personal taste. The fudge brownie was delicious and didn't last long on my plate. The look of the shop featured eccentric paintings and emphasized a Loft style motif, with "exposed vents”. I have to say this is a chill spot I would visit again. It's in the heart of Channelside, quiet and the selection is not bad either. Thanks Victory Coffee, I enjoyed my visit.

Great inspiration,  and good for your community to know where to go for that peaceful cup of coffee and brownie as long as it lasts.

Maybe you can ask the stor owner for any stories they care to share and tell them you will be blogging about in and I am sure they would love the free publicity.

Merline,

Thank you for the nifty idea. How is business in PSL?

The market is coming back.  There is still a shortage of inventory we have about 5 months worth.  However, on the nicer home that figure is less of course.  The homes here are an average price of $100,000.

Thanks. I had to inquire. I used to live in PSL before I moved to Tampa. It has developed a lot since I left.

How long ago did you leave?  I have been here for going on for 5 years now.  The home prices have dropped considerably since the boom years.  Homes that were once purchased for $200k plus can now be snatched up for $130k.  And that is because we have had a price increase due to the lack of inventory.  The median home price in St Lucie County is $100k.  So there are deals to be made.
