Now I Have No Excuse To Miss Breakfast

By
Real Estate Agent with The Rockel Group 244520

We have all been told “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. So, why do we all skip it? For me, I’m a mom of a lovely 4 year old little girl and a busy real estate agent, plus breakfast is not my favorite meal of the day. Like most people,  we often forget breakfast,  get caught up running to appointments, forgetting to grab a snack and before long it’s 3:00 in the afternoon. By this time I’m cranky and starving. Can anyone else relate? Sure, there are tons of fast food options, but not always a  good choice and not what I want when i’m trying to get back into shape. GNC Lean Shakes are amazing and have come to my rescue! It’s a perfect meal replacement option and helps me keep my energy levels up until I can fit lunch in. I actually have lost weight since I started drinking a shake each morning for breakfast. I have both the powder and ready made shakes in a couple different flavors, nice to have variety. I am looking forward to trying the Cookies & Cream flavored soon. I have tried different shakes and always stopped or gagged trying to get them down...not a fan of chalky drinks. Thank goodness GNC Lean Shakes actually takes great. Now I have no excuse to miss a meal and helps me control my crankiness, I’m sure my fellow agents are thankful for that.

Hey I am going to look into those.  I need to drop a few pounds and this is the healthy way to do that with the lfe style and limited true exercies time we have.  I have 4 myself and the soccer and swim sessions wipe out what ever I left for a day to exercise.

Katrina, I had breakfast at about 6 pm. And lunch, and dinner. Just can't find the time some days.

David, I don't intend to miss a meal, but if I had to choose it would be breakfast.

Stan, I didn't start them to lose weight, but it seemed to help and I feel much better starting my day off with something in my belly. The benefits I guess, help keep up the metabolism? Kids keep you busy, but would not change it for the world!

Mark, finding time can be so hard. I hope your 3 meals in one was yummy:) I started preparing a few 100 calories snack bags with the 2 scoops of powder and leaving them in my office and a few in my car, just in case so I could throw it in a bottle of water.

I think I need to get some of these drinks to keep around.  I don't like to eat breakfast and honestly dont feel hungry until around 10 and then by 11 I am starving.  Maybe drinking one of these would help.  Which is your favorite?

Shawna, I have had both the vanilla and chocolate and like them both, I mix a scoop of chocolate and vanilla sometime. They have quite a few flavors. It helps and can help you after a workout :)

Hmmm - these actually look pretty good. I make a smoothie every morning - might have to try these for something faster!

Katrina,

I can relate to not eating until 3 that is when I gained a ton of weight! I now eat breakfast everyday even if it is on the run! I have lost 10 lbs but have 25 to go! I am not a shake person but I may give this a try!

Erin, they are actually really good and only 170 calories.

Yolanda, congratulations on the weight loss! My personal trainer told me that skipping breakfast can actually make you gain weight. Good luck on the rest of your weight goal
