Closings were down from last month, with only 50 compared to 69 in January, but the good news for sellers is the inventory remains low, making this a Sellers Market and prices are slowly starting to climb back up. The current absorption rate for the past 6 months shows jus a 1.6 months supply of homes on the market. Who would have thought a few years ago that we'd be saying the words Sellers Market in St. Clair Shores or anywhere in Macomb County.
