A buyer should buy!  Can you believe the opportunities right now!  In my 20 years I have not seen the rates and prices falling like this!  There are some amazing opportunities all over the market right now.  Dont let the media dictate your fate!  Do not try and time a bottom, just look at what is the best situation for you!  What do I mean by that?  If you purchasing a home to live in or you are purchasing for the first time.  Look at your time line on how long you plan on holding the real estate you purchase.  Remember it doesnt matter what your property is doing either appreciating or depreciating unless you are looking to sell it (or refinance it) at that time!

As long as you are comfortable with the property the value doesnt matter until you are ready to sell!  If you purchase a property that fits your needs in this market and ten years from now sell it, more than likely no one will remember whether you got THE BEST deal or not.  They will say YOU GOT A DEAL because based upon history and trends your investment will be worth more then than it is today!
