Watching these statistic each day provides valuable information for me as a Realtor and for you as a buyer or seller in the unique market that is the MatSu Valley of Alaska. The inventory in the Valley is increasing each week. I expect the inventory to continue to increase as Spring approaches. If we would compare the DOM (Days on Market) to last year, we would find a significant increase. I will do the research on that and post it here possibly next Monday in my Monday Musings.
