Duvall’s home sales quickening

The median list price in Duvall, WA this week is $399,950,  up unchanged from last week’s $399,950.  The Market Action Index (MAI see bottom chart) has been climbing lately while days-on-market are trending down, these point to a positive near-term outlook for the market.

Supply and Demand

The Duvall real estate market continues to get hotter.  More sales demand and fewer homes listed have contributed to a relatively long run of increasing prices.  Current supply and demand levels show no sign of prices changing from their current trend.

 

Price

This week Duvall saw relatively little price change from last week.  However, prices continue demonstrate a nice up trend in general over the last several weeks.

Duvall currently has a 22  homes for sale , down from last weeks 23,  starting at  $179,950 for a fixer cottage on 6+ acres to  $1,250,000 20 acre custom home.
