The Orlando real estate market has started off the year quite strong. Properties are not hard to sell but they are a challenge to buy. Most of the good deals sell almost immediately and often with multiple offers. Take a look at the latest group of deals that we sold in February.
Selma Aurora Neuse
1. Selma Road, Longwood, FL 32750. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom concrete block with a carport. This home was a fix and flip deal. It was acquired by the sellers as a bank REO and quickly fixed it up. A landlord investor bought it for $80,000 which is a heck of a deal for a 4 bedroom home in a great school district.
2. Cypress wood, Winter Springs, FL 32708. This 3/2/2 remodeled home was in the Wedgewood subdivision. In great condition. It sold after only 3 days on the market for $149,999.
3. Aurora Drive, Apopka, FL 32703. The little 2/1 house was a short sale that we worked. Went under contract fairly quick. Sold to a cash investor for $45,000.
4. Neuse Ave, Orlando, FL 32804. Located in northern College Park. This is a 3/1 block house that was fixed up immaculately. Sold for $82,000.
5. Taylor Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. 3 bed, 2 bath bungalow just off of Aloma. This was a 2-story home with an adorable white picket fence around it. Sold for $254,000.
Lots of homes are selling in Central Florida. Interest rates are fantastic and prices are still very reasonable. Do not miss out on these fantastic deals while you still can. Give me or our office a call and we will help you with your real estate needs.
