It is the plain vanilla professional. You are #1, call me if I can help you buy or sell a home, keep me in mind for referrals, blah blah blah. What makes you GREAT? WHY? Why should people demand that they get a piece of your time with help in real estate or staging?
That other 30% I smile with, as they define themselves keenly with key areas, focus, niche, strengths.
They harp on it over and over with their words, their web site, their discussion with clients.
