Neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow...
Crofton Gardeners could not be kept indoors today, in spite of the fact that federal government offices and local schools were closed due to weather predictions. Members showed up in force at the Blue Dolphin for the annual luncheon meeting and installation of officers. This year, officers were sworn in by original member, Bernie Robertson.

The March hostess committee chose a St Patrick's day theme for table centerpieces. They created these cute little teddy bears of carnations. (Glenna Kidd, JoAnn Cook, Eleanor Saulino, Shirley Towne, and Margaret Woda)
The Crofton Village Garden Club was founded in 1969 to stimulate members' interest in horticulture, conservation, and flower arranging and to encourage, by example, pride in our homes and community.
