Another Day in the Blog Contest for March.

One of the questions that was asked of us that is a Core Question...is..

Do I need to get Pre-qualified?

This is an overwhelming YES.  We as agent should do this each time that we work with a Buyer.  Most of us have Mortgage Lenders that we feel comfortable with and that we can trust.  We use Alpha Mortgage as an example.  They will meet face to face with our Buyers and Pre-Qualify them before they even begin to look at houses.

By doing this, you save a lot of time and energy.  Also, you then are working with more realistic buyers.

Have a great day,

Good question Ginger, best not to waste your time or your client's looking at homes that they cannot afford to buy.
