We had a speaker at one of our sales meetings recently and I must say he was very good.  He really put a lot of things into perspective.  The one thing that really stuck out was this:  "There is a light at the end of the tunnel and it is not a train!"  Things are changing, maybe not as quickly or the way we would like, but they are.  We just have to think and work a little differently.

Absolutely.  We need to stay educated so we can educate our buyers and sellers and make them feel better about the current market.  Although things are great.  They are not as bad as many of the news headlines portray.
