Jordan,  very nice report on Fairburn Georgia!   Foreclosures being down almost 40% is great.  You should have a good year ahead with the number of sales and the sale prices up.

Hi Christine,

I am looking forward to a good year.  Reaching out to those buyers who purchased in 2009 through 2011.  They may be in a position to make a little money and/or move up without coming out of pocket or short selling.  Best of good success to you this year!

Hi Joan,

We are very excited about the drop in foreclosures!  Now we need to eradicate the short sales and get back to a regular appreciating market.  Thanks for stopping by and best of good success to you!

Good Morning Jordan:

Excellent Report.  What you are reporting is very valid...it will signal to the new home builders that the current spply is not meeting the demands.  This should trigger a resurgence
