Our practice has grown a great deal and having studied the model offered by Keller Williams…we are “leading with revenue” and ready to increase the size of our team.
The person we seek is a licensed Wisconsin Realtor able to work independently, tech savvy or willing to learn. Positive energetic attitude knowing that there is no limit to income and learning. The agent will be furnished leads as well as being open to being schooled in lead generation. Ability to develop buyer contact from initial consultation to getting offers accepted and contracts closed.
