This is a fantastic community, within walking distance to the mall and some great restaurants. As if that wasn't enough, Honeymoon Island State Park is less than 15 minutes away! I am amazed that this did not tell within the first week it was on the market!!!!
WOW! $57,000. It would probably cost you more to rent an apartment than it would to own this condo! At least it would here!!

This seems to be a really cheap price for a nice looking condo. I was in a total DUMP last Saturday in Katy with a client and the asking price was $90 K. The listing agent E-mailed me when I told him waht I thought about it being a Dump and said they had over 20 offers most over list price for this foreclosure and the Bank asset manager was in the middle of picking the best. I would noty have paid $25 K for that place. Go figure that one and when I look at your listing above at $57 K I really have to wonder!
