ART, CRAFT AND MUSIC FESTIVAL

Now in its 29th year, this Art in the Park event has grown every year.  This year, over 115 participants are showing off their work in the fine art and fine craft categories.  Additionally, there are the many craft vendors, a county-wide exhibit of student art and an area for kids to express themselves through art.

All of this takes place along the shady walkways in the natural and serene setting of Tom Varn Park.  Of course, there will be food vendors and musical entertainment as well so you can easily spend the day!

Art in the Park is sponsored by the Hernando County Fine Arts Council. 

Insider Tips:

Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking not only on walkways but also on uneven ground in the park area.  Children will enjoy the park as there is a pond with fish to watch and they have room to run around.  Sorry, dogs will not be allowed into the show.
