"The unemployment rate fell to 7.7 percent from 7.9 percent. The forecast of economists had estimated the economy added 160,000 jobs in February." There are continued signs of improvement in our national economy as well as Iron County, Utah's local economy in my opinion.
"We're slowly and steadily accelerating," said economist Joel Naroff of Naroff Economic Advisors. I believe this is true locally and nationally! Good news!
The real estate market is also improving, and I believe it will continue to do so. I am seeing prices rise as inventory diminishes! Sometimes buyers make multiple offers on homes which is causing homes to sell for more than list price! All of these are good signs for a great real estate recovery.
