We have seen a steady decrease in the number of homes for sale in the Omaha area for the past year and this month is no different. The Omaha area has 3728 Omaha homes for sale, which decreased 13% over the same time last year. We have 1937 pending homes for sale which saw a 6% increase over last year. And while we only had 572 homes sold, this was actually an increase of 7% from the same time last year.
