Moving toward the GRAND LAGOON AREA of Panama City Beach, you will spot THE SIGNAL HILL GOLF COURSE. The golf course is divided by the main road that leads from Hwy 98 W to scenic Thomas Drive directly on the beach. This course has been in Panama City Beach so long that the pro shop is a landmark for visitors.

Crossing the HATHAWAY BRIDGE between Panama City Beach and Panama City offers a great opportunity to see the deep waters of the St Andrews Bay.
Once you have crossed THE HATHAWAY BRIDGE between "the beach" and "town" you can travel just a few miles north to the city of LYNN HAVEN, FL. There you will find the area's oldest Golf Course Country Club known as PANAMA COUNTRY CLUB. This golf course community has beautiful homes along the circle that surrounds the development. Many of the homes are waterfont on North Bay.

Slightly farther North East is a newly renovated Golf Course Community with an air strip accomodating smaller private aircraft. Newer homes are being built in this area at affordable prices with access to the air strip and golf course.
This development was originally called "Sandy Creek" but recently was purchased by a developer who has made some great improvements to the subdivision as well as the new Callaway Bay Golf Club course.
