Some of you may recall the battle waged between Martin Fontana Park Neighborhood Association and PG&E. Well, it looks like it's potentially about to heat up again. PG&E has appointed a new representative who lives in Fresno of all places, and the MFPNA directors are only able to communicate with them via email! The new appointee is apparently not adhering to the previous mutual agreements regarding tree removal.
