She worked with multimillion dollar equestrian & luxury estates as well as luxury condominium high rises from Los Angeles to Malibu since 1987. She has extensive experience in Real Estate Marketing. She specializes in Equestrian Estates, Custom Luxury homes, Gated Golf Communities, and Country Club Communities. Also, acreage for new construction. She has done numerous subdivisions, currently working on many tracts here in Brooskville to expand on the marketing oppertunities of making properties smaller with the option to also sell the entire tract as on large parcel. She is continuing her passion for marketing and SELLING here in Hernando County. The market has good times and slow times. She is a horse owner and has been involved in Trail, Western, English, Dressage, Saddle Seat riding as well as Carriage Driving. She has a rescued Thoroughbred Race Horse named Giacomo. She has also owned Saddlebreds and a Quarter horse. She rides the Croom Forest of Hernando County. She enjoys cooking and has attended cooking school in Tuscany, Italy. In 2007, she was appointed by the City Council to be a Board Member of the Beautification Board of Brooksville, for a 3 year term. She is a member of The NATIONAL TRUST for Historic Preservation. She is a Hernando County Master Gardener. She is past President of the Brooksville Garden Club. She is a member of the Hernando County Board of Realtors, Member of the National Board of Realtors, Member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She was Hernando County's top fundraiser for Habitat For Humanity in 2005, for a tribute to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
