Single family home built in 1996 and completely remodeled. New light fixtures, new paint, carpet, etc. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car garage home with 1438 living sq. feet of living space near everything in Deltona. It's approximately worth $220,000-$200,000.

He would like:

A similar size/condition home in Daytona Beach area.
