Another month of booming sales at our World Golf Village-based office in February! We had $11.9 million in sales for the month with 25 different agents having transactions. Here are our top Realtors for the month of February:
Congratulations to Mirtha Barzaga who is our Top Listing Agent in February with almost $1 million in listings sold and over $2.1 million in total sales. Mirtha had a total of seven transactions in February – one homesite, three new construction homes, and one condominium in World Golf Village, one resale home and one new construction home in St. Augustine. Mirtha was also the Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent for January.
Suzy Evans had a great month and is the Top Sales Agent in February with over $2.5 million in sales. Her three sales included a multi-million dollar home in Ponte Vedra Beach, a homesite in World Golf Village and one of her own listings in Heritage Landing. Suzy is a common name on our tops list and was recently named the Top Producer for all of 2012.
Pauline Cake and her husband Woody took the Top Producer title for February with $1.4 million in closings. They had seven closings for the month, many of which were in World Golf Village. Pauline and Woody have been with Davidson Realty for over 10 years now and are known as our resident World Golf Village experts.
