Okay, it is Feb 4th and the ground hog saw his shadow ,so now we will have six more weeks of winter.  When does he not see his shadow?  In Minnesota we have winter until mid-April.  The good news is that we have turned the corner and we do know the worst is behind us.  The Super Bowl is over and we are ready to get out there and shop for houses.  No buyer really needs to see the 100 tulip bulbs up, but they do want to know they will be in their new place by the time the grill can be heated up.  Sellers need to think of listing now and buyers need to start the process so they  can move-in as the dandelions are showing their heads.  Want to get rid of the winder blues?  Take a container.  A Styrofoam cup will do.  Fill it with dirt and then plant grass seed.  Water as necessary and watch the green stuff come!  You can take scissors and trim it. See, you have your own lawn even before you have bought your house.
