Howdy Kent

Sorry that I have not been buy for a bit.

How ya been ?

You lift 2 things out of your reasons to move to Tucson. No snow or ice. lol

But it's ok if you would like some, we have some to give away. I had a 7:00 A.M. Inspection to do today, that was about 2 hours away from me. Talk about having some fun, the plow trucks where not even out yet when I had to leave to be there on time. Could only do about 30 or 35 mph. The house was on top of a mountain road. So my jeep and I get there. Dayligh comes, I started looking over the outside of the house. 8:00 comes. I start thinking ok where are my client's, there agent and the listing agent. At 9:00 I get a call from them asking if I was at the house. Then I get told that all 4 of them are at the bottom of the road and can't get up it. There was only one thing I could tell them, I'll be right down to get ya'll. See the fun you missed out on.

Have a good one
