How are You Prepping for the Market Shift? - An AR Challenge

According to this challenge, the survey says 84% of real estate professionals predict the real estate values and number of transactions will increase in 2013.  What Marketing Strategies will Rowlett Real Estate School need to change in order to prepare for this shift?  Rowlett Real Estate School is on top of its game and already prepared for the market to swing our way.  Our classroom size has steadily increased over the past year and has actually tripled in size.   We are also experiencing an increase in online student registrations as well. 

Currently we are holding our Pre Sales Associate Class in Panama City Beach every other month and in Destin the months in between.  That puts us teaching one class a month between Panama City Beach and Destin FL.  Our classroom is about as full as I would like to see it, but not quite full enough to split up the schedule just yet.  If the market continues to come back, and the number of student continue to increase, we have plans to hold our Pre Sales Associate Licensing Course every single month in Panama City Beach and in Destin FL, every other month.  My goal is to have a large enough increase in student registrations in Destin as well.  This will put us teaching our Pre Sales Associate Class twice a month.  We are blessed with a great staff of instructors and look forward to what comes our way.
