Special offer

Old Actor's never die.

Hi, just wanted to welcome and union people to my blog. Been a tough several months if you're a member of the writer's union or any of the other people union or not who have been affected.

I'm keeping my finger's crossed. I am a current member of SAG and AEA and keep up with the latest in the entertaiment world.

On to the real estate market. Very difficult times; however, a great time for a buyer to find that "perfect" house. Well, I put it in quotes because we all know that the perfect house is always on the wrong lot. Or the perfect location with the perfect lot has an imperfect house.

But, that being said, with all of the inventory, and seller's needing in some cases to "unload" their home for a multitude of reasons, the buyer has the upper hand or what we call a buyer's market.

In the last several years buyer's had to jump before they could think to land just "any old" house. And even then, that o.k. house might have had 20 other offers on it.

Times have changed in the lending world as well, so if you want to add anything to this blog, ask questions, or comment, please feel free to get back to me here or at rozreno@att.net

Excited that the vote is happening this week-end. I'm off to show houses. Seems like things are starting to pick up! Some amazing deals out there where the prices are down over 20 percent.
