Do you need a four leaf clover?

In today's Phoenix real estate market that is the question many would be home buyers are asking. As listings are now getting multiple offers and financed buyers are being beat out by cash buyers. A lot of home buyers are trying everything they can to get their offer accepted. This St Patrick's Day might just be the right time for that lucky home buyer.

Home buyer's can still find their Phoenix home, they just might need to expand their criteria and it may take longer than anticipated. And they may need a little luck.

Do what feels best for you - be true to yourself - and don't lose focus -- almost everything else is marketing directed to agents to tell them if only they used this or that product -- everything will be solved and life is once again beautiful.
