Ginger- Ah, it has been a very long time since I have been to Marin County. Prices are still way high there! I was born in Stanford Hospital, lived in Menlo Park, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Sacramento, Elverta and Sonoma.

Ginger... Your area is skyrocketing.... Sales volume in most areas is down substantially but around here we are not seeing the huge price increases, only a modest few percent.

I can't believe how wealthy of the area you work in is.  Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous....do you have any famous people in your backyard.

Ginger, I loved what I was able to see of Marin County, it is such a beautiful area!  I'm not surprised the home prices haven't fallen there.

KATERINA- You have been around my area a lot.  It is amazing that a "starter" home costs a mill!

GINGER-  It is a great place to visit, and to live.  I guess that is why the property values remain high!!

DAN- We have such limited supply, which is very unusual for the majority of the country.  That has been keeping our home values stable.

LARRY- Lots of famous people!  Sean Penn, George Luca, Hughie Lewis, Carolos Santana, many more I can't even think of.  Most of the money is not celebs,  but finance people.

CAROLE- It is absolutely one of the most beautiful places in the country.  Of course, I may be slightly biased!

BILL- Yes, it does make it easier. I sold real estate in Arizona, and had to do a lot more volume.  Of course, there was a lot more volume to do!

That is pretty a pretty nice number considering the "Market" the news says were in.

Have a good day,

JEFF- You are right.  The real news needs to come from the local experts- not the media.
