Coaching is an important part of life. Your life.
Success without it, in most cases, is not thoughtfully achieved.
It's like attempting to ballroom dance without prior lessons, a good partner, and an appropriate song.
If success happens at all it is nothing more than a random conclusion that turned out positive.
The person won a Life Lottery against monumental odds.
Imagine what any sport event would turn out to be if there were no coach to educate, direct, critique and make certain that the team performed as a unit and not as eleven individuals, each doing his interpretation of his part.
And then there are those who try to manage their health care using a handful of self-chosen specialists, and no primary physician’s input or management. On top of that they use several pharmacists, so there is no one making certain that the medicines that are being prescribed are compatible with each other.
Education, religion, real estate offices, and children all achieve more and better results if they are overseen, taught and evaluated by a coach.
If they didn’t, there would be no need for a principal, minister, sales manager or a parent.
And so it is with our personal business, our family business.
The likelihood of the best and most efficient success is, in most cases, nil without a professional acting as the orchestrator.
So isn’t it odd that we “employ” stock brokers, bankers, attorneys, accountants, insurance sales people, and on and on, each providing input into the whole, but more often than not without any formal information and documentation as to what the others are contributing.
So that result is more likely helter-skelter and not efficient, practical or worthy. It’s similar to the football team without a coach, a real estate office without a sales manager.
There is more than enough proof of that this is true.
People with over-extended credit, insufficient insurance, no viable and educated plan for financially planning for their future.
And more than 75% of Americans, when they are no longer able to work, finding themselves at the poverty level.
It’s my job to make sure you and your team are properly participating in a plan that will being a successful outcome.
