Most Wanted. This lady tagged and ran over me at 75 mph on ActiveRain.com with a Hidden GEM thing. Oh boy. She goes by Vanessa Stalets. She's reported to have been seen in Brentwood, TN. She practices real estate and cooks up some dishes now and then. And yes, her husband thinks she's a dish too.
This lady has another disguise. She does DIY and improvement blogs: any fixes or improvements around the house.
We have an APB out for Vanessa. She needs to have her own Video Channel on ActiveRain for doing DIY shows and realty. Click on pic and see you can get some clues to her whereabouts.
Most Wanted. The lady on the right has several alias. She goes by Lisa Ryan usually. Lisa also goes by Elizabeth Rose. No, we are not aware of any Rose tattoos on her. According to her husband, she may have multiple personalities... she's some times "Lucy" from "I Love Lucy." She is reported to have been seen driving around near communities of Hillsborough and Princeton, NJ. Be on the look out because she's very dangerous with real estate data and graphs. Have you seen this "News Anchor" type of man? We have an APB out for Mr. Jim Crawford. Jim has been practicing real estate for while with a legal license. His wealth of knowledge and common sense is very dangerous to any competition.
Jim has been seen around Atlanta amongst several thousand other Realtors. But, you can't miss him in the crowd because of his capabilities to fly on the internet with his high caliber marketing skills.
If you see this News Anchor looking Realtor, report him immediately to the nearest realty channel for buyers and sellers. They need his help as well as many other Realtors. Click on Jim's pic and see if you can get some clues to his whereabouts.
Have you seen this Gentleman? An APB is out for this man practicing Home Inspections with a license in the Bulverde, New Braunfels, and Canyon Lake, TX area. He goes by the name of Carl Winters. He most probably is traveling with his wife Ceil when he's not working. His knowledge for Home Inspections is very dangerous to some home sellers who may try to conceal any major abnormalities with their house. Though those type of sellers may be few, Carl's detective eyes and skills is most wanted by buyers because his relentless takes for getting the truth from a house. APB has been issued for this Dallas Cowboys fan. The Dallas organization is calling on Alan Kirkpatrick to handle all of their real estate affairs in Austin where the Cowboys' cheerleaders will run their summer cheerleading clinics.
The Cowboys franchise issued the APB for Alan because "Alan is a great promoter of the Austin market," according to an unnamed source due to Jerry Jone's control over everything about the Cowboys including this APB.

Most Wanted. An ActiveRain APB has been issued for Coach Kennedy Patrick as most Realtors and associates are turning to too many donuts, not enough sleep, too much coffee, stress, some booz, and market anxiety attacks. Coach Kennedy is known to be dangerous with too many healthful tips on staying well and stress free. It's reported that Nike and ActiveRain is ready to sign a deal with her to promote Bragg for bragging about Nike and ActiveRain. We also understand that www.CorpusTV.com is ready to sign her on as well to a multi-platinum-gold-silver-titanium deal. Most Wanted. An APB is issued for one Judy Greenberg for putting much work into real estate and down to earth - home humor into her blogging. Her marketing skills is very dangerous to the feable competition and leaves them in the cold. Her great sense of humor melts the consumers into buyers and sellers. She can probably unsnarl the O'Hare airport during any holiday travels. She's known to frequent Chinese restaurants during Christmas.

An APB has been issued for this DallasLoanGuy. He's been known to lend money to home buyers and make Realtors' jobs too easy. He goes by the name of Tom Burris. Aka, Loan Dude, is reported to have been working too hard and having too much fun. If you see the loan dude, report him immediately to the nearest Realtor, buyer, and seller. Most Wanted. Melissa Ann DeMarco. Ms. DeMarco is known to be building beautiful waterfront-canal homes in the Sunshine state. She recently joined a gang called ActiveRain.com. She may have markings on her profile as a Builder. Her smiles may fool subcontractors, but her Builder attitude will set them straight with an on-time and on-budget mentality. Most Wanted. There was a bridge that connected this Brit to practice real estate in San Antonio. She goes by the name of Robin Rogers. A well versed Realtor who deals with Investors and rental management properties. Robin is known to target investors for prime real estate in San Antonio region. Now and then, you may catch her taking wonderful wildlife pictures. So, be on the look out for this lady who may have a slight accent and be posing with a camera and acting as a tourist. MOST Wanted. HIGH Priority APB. This cute smiling Realtor flew the nest. We haven't heard from this person in ages... like back in Fantasy Fest time period. This ActiveRain friend is concerned. So, we put this ActiveRain missing in action blogging alert out to Maya Thomas in Key West. Which happens to be MY favorite place in the U.S.
Perhaps she took a boat to Cuba - 90 miles from Key West? Be on the look out and report any sitings of Maya. The Key West market needs her.
