A secondary Ride-On Bus route #51 also comes near the community giving another bus going to the Glenmont Metro station.

A Jan 30, 2008 check of the Montgomery County Public School Locator reveals that the community is in the Downcounty Consortium. The Elementary Schools that handle the community is currently either Bel PRE ES or Strathmore ES, the middle school for the community is Argyle MS, and the high school for the area is Kennedy HS.
