MELISSA - This is a very comprehensive list of physicians that I'm sure anyone that is relocating would appreciate. One of the hardest parts of relocating is not knowing anyone to ask for recommendations. Nice job on this.

Melissa..this is a great list!I have done this for refrigerator magnets and mailed them out to the appropriate farms.
