This is what happens when you bless clients in MORE than one way!

This is what happens when you do your job
well and with excellence as a real estate agent:

• You help your client find a GREAT chunk of land.
• You help him negotiate a fantastic price on it.
• You sit in on the closing years later of half
  his property because you KNOW he is paying off
  ALL of the other land by selling the other part of it.

This exactly what happened back in October of 2001.

I turned a client of mine on to an AWESOME section of land called Wedgefield in eastern central Florida. It was owned by the people at NASA in Cape Canaveral several years ago when the Government was thinking of putting ALL of the Space Shuttle operations in Florida. They wanted a GREAT place for the employees of the space program to have an area they could live in, and play in. They could also be able to get to work in just 30 minutes.

Sadly, the government changed its mind and kept part of the operations in California (Who said the California lobbying effort did NOT pay off --- even though it WOULD have been better to centralize all operations in one state.) Anyway, this left thousands of acres of central Florida real estate the government owned for the employees of Cape Canaveral and now they had to sell it. Investors gobbled up hundreds of tracts of land for AWESOME prices and the feeding frenzy began.

My client bought 4.9 acres of land back then for about $49,000.00....and sold almost half of it 3 years later for $49,000.

NOW --- another 3 years later, my clients land is worth over $150,000 and he is building his families dream house!!

The home will be over 2000 square feet when it is done, with a front "southern looking" porch and a Florida room in the back of the home; talk about Southern country living at its BEST!!

• My client has over $150,000 of equity built
  into the property because I am his real estate agent!
• He would NOT have found this land if I did not find it for him...
  Such are the some of the GREAT benefits of using a
  licensed central Florida real estate professional !

My client loves God and his Messiah Jesus...so he is planting
bibles underground at ALL entryways to the home.

Doing your job as a real estate agent is a REWARDING thing!!

Especially when the client you are blessing is a man you told
about the Messiah to   +++   over 25 years ago in ANOTHER
state over 1500 miles away!

• This man has an AWESOME testimony about how God,
  through the Messiah Jesus, came into his life and gave
  him unconditional love when he did NOT deserve it.
• This man has spent literally thousands of hours learning
  the ways of the Kingdom of God and walking out those
  teachings day by day..... month by month....year by year...
  decade by decade....
• I am humbled and honored to be a source of blessing to
  this man of God....and I am grateful to my heavenly Father
  for helping me tell him about the Messiah and what Jesus
  did for him so long ago..

Walking out the Kingdom of Gods principles WILL bring a reward.....

And you can take THAT to the bank!!
